Fans and temps in CM Silencio S400 mini tower

Hello, the reviews on Cooler Master Silencio (S400 mini tower) say that its temperatures are a bit high.

It has two 12 cm fans preinstalled, one in the front and another in the back. If I added a third fan in the front, do you think it would make a difference or are more drastic measures, such as a cooler needed? Anyone with practical experience on this case?

I am considering this case for a Ryzen 5600X + 2070 setup. Hence no actual temps yet to report.

I like the Fractal Design too, but unfortunately it does not have a bay for an ODD, which I need. Additionally, I'm looking for a silent and relatively compact-sized case that keeps the gear adequately cool, either for mATX or ATX. So it seems that this S400 would fill those criteria with an extra fan. But I'd like your views whether that really is the case. Also, suggestions for other cases are welcome.
