fans and...

I'm looking at getting three of these

for my case i'm building. what else would i need, do i need some sort of fixing kit and what about noise dampening kits??
does it come with the wiring i need?? anything else i need??

also are these good fans? or should i be looking at others, but these will match the dark tint acrylic of the front case where two of them will be located

do you think i should put fan grills or dust catchers on?

its a custom case, will just be an acrylic front that i will have to drill holes into for the fan
should i be ordering something like this aswell?? I dont want screws visible if at all possible

were the fans ok, im guessing im tgrying to find ones with the highest cmf and the lowest dBA rates?
would i be better off with another option?
will leave the gaurds if they aint needed, might see if i can find those dust catchers somewhere else
