Well basically I got myself this winter as set if new components including few new fans and a new case. Everything seems a bit off in terms of fan speed, I have them all connected via splitters to the case fan controller, and they are on max at all time and it sounds as if they can di better. Changing them to min didn't change much, seem to change much as well. I was wondering is it because I have too many fans connected to the fan controller or is it just me?

You might be asking the controller to supply more current than it's capable of yes.

Sadly I've been unable to find anything that states the current rating for the fan controller but as the case is billed as a 'budget' model I doubt it'll be very high at all.

If i connect 2 fans to the same connection on my fan controller they slow down, try one without the splitter and see if its faster. Most people are trying to make their fans go slower though to keep the noise down :)

LED fans draw more power than non-LED fans too. Generally they'll pull an extra 60-70mA on top of the 100mA the fan may use to rotate. Having more than one fitted to a low power case fan controlller may result in lower speed overall as they share the available limited power.
