I just got my fan controler from China and @ 7V the fans are making a nastly clicking noise.
Total draw is 7A almost as there are 8 fans.
I even tried a direct 7v feed with a molex i've modded and still clicking sound.
12v no clicking noise just defaning
Yate Loon D14SH-12 are the fans and there are 8 of them 0.70A each
Any ideas?
