Fans for a Define R4

I've just ordered myself a Define R4 to replace my noisy as hell 600T. If this case isn't good I'm going to cry like a little girl.

Can anyone recommend a good fan controller for all the fan slots and also some good 140mm fans to go in it.

I have SLI 560TIs so need good cooling but I'm also looking for something quite for when I'm not gaming.

it's got a 5-7-12V fan controller afaik.

For only 3 fans, I'd rather buy a new controller than have to buy a load of splitters and make a right mess.
