FANS FOR AKASA ECLIPSE

Right i know you will have all been asked this before but I want some advise on cooling my system! I have x2 akasa 120ml ambers but I was thinking about adding some fans in the top of the case so what parts do I need to do this and how do you actually fit them? i.e blowing in or out? Also it would be great if any of you guys could advise me some really good fans as I need to keep it very very cool!

well thanks guys but how many 120mm fans would i be able to get in the top? and would this be better than 2 or 4 80mm fans? also what high performance fans are you talking about as i thought the ambers were very good?
