This is to be used for a mobile watercooling setup so max perfomance needed.

So you don't care about noise? I'd have a look at those new noctua fans that run at a really high RPM

You don't need push/pull. It's a fairly low fpi rad and isn't ridiculously thick.

You'd be fine with Phanteks' new-ish 140mm fans on there unless anyone knows of a significantly better option.

Phanteks PH-F140SP are probably the best 140's on the market right now for rad use, unless Noctua have something to say about it.

I'm sure the Corsair's will be good, but it's not like they'd be leagues ahead or anything, or worth postponing the build for IMO.
Well, not unless they'll be doing silly rpm and noise is no concern.
