Fans for NZXT H440

So i got a orange theme build looking to get led fans, look at gettin

3 NZXT FZ-140 Orange 140mm fans for the bottom of my h110 and 1 for the back

and gettin

2 Noctua NF-A14 FLX Fan - 140mm for the top of the h110, not going to change fans at the front seem pretty good and you cant see them anyway so no point LEDs
 
I've got a 440 for my xmas day build, lots of people post about poor airflow,
Is just filling the case with fans going to improve things, have you balanced the input with the output?
 
It's not THAT bad a case. Yes it cools worse than a case designed specifically for great air flow, but duh! This is a 'quiet' case. If you want more silence there is invariably a price to be paid in terms of cooling. But it's nothing to worry about, still WELL within limits. If running your CPU at the coolest temps possible is your prime concern though, this isn't the case for you.

As for fans, the stock ones aren't the best as you really want high static pressure ones for the front and on any rads/AIO you have installed. I put x3 Akasa Piranhas up front in mine.
 
I replaced the fans in the front with NZXT FX120LBs. Each has its own controller with 3 settings, so I can adjust performance / noise according to performance requirements. In addition, I have 3 Bitfenix spectre Pros exhausting out the the top and two Akasa Piranhas attached to an H80 pulling air in from the rear.
 
Well my AMD 290 is sitting at 31c in that case.....also my CPU sits at about 29 idle and when on BF4 it gets to about 53c, not too bad uh :)


Have to point out though I'm not running any overclocks

I have 2 of these both with H100i's and decent temps (about 30c idle on an overclocked 3820 and 4820k) using Corsair SP performance fans as intakes (5) and 1 AF140 exhaust.

One thing I would say is that my 780ti can get quite hot if I leave it on the default fan profile but that is easily tweaked. I do believe that GPU's that don't exhaust are the weak point of these cases.
