Fans not working

Hi there so i just started up my computer and all my fans apart from the CPU cooler is working which is very weird, however i restarted it and then it all worked again, and now i have just restarted it one more time and it stopped but the funny thing is about 20 mins later when i left the computer on it all started to work again. Anyone know why this is?

Psu is Corsair CX 750W PSU - 80plus Bronze Certified

Ah sorry let me rephrase

its not my cput cooler, that works perfect its my actually fans around the computer the 120mm and 140mm etc , there are 4 of them

i got the nzxt phantom case 410 and i think its the fan controller, which is plugged into the psu but like for example now its working perfectly. but like an hour ago it was not, its very weird

ye the fan controller can be turned from low medium and high, i will open up the computer later on tonight and check if everything is plugged in correctly
