I have a nvidia gtx 660. Hen I boot using my new build, the fans spin but there is no display. However if I plug it into another pc, it works fine. Here are the specs of the new build:

> i3 3220 @ 3.30ghz
> 8gb 1333mhz ram
> 500gb Seagate barracuda
> Msi nvidia gtx 660
> older dell xps 720 750w psu

The psu works absolutely fine anyway, despite the age, but I don't know whether it is the problem, as I thought hat 750W would be more than enough power for the graphics card...

Motherboard?

Have you tried using the integrated graphics assuming your motherboard has outputs?

Assuming you can use the integrated graphics you can try updating the motherboard BIOS.

well i updated the bios, and i still have the same problem :(

I cna't install the nvidia drivers either because there's no display, and if i disconnect the graphics card, the setup can't identity a card.

also, an old nvidia 8800gtx works with the mobo no problem, but the gtx 660 doesn't...

the mobo is updated to the newest version now, but the problem still happens
