I'm hoping you guys could help me out,

I need some white or black fans which will push a lot of air through a quad rad (Black Ice SR-1), on a TJ07... any ideas please?

there's better fans than the sharkoon silent eagles. I'd go for scythe gentle typhoons myself - seem to be very well regarded for airflow-to-noise.

I have no idea if they will suit the bill, but the Fractal 120mm's push around 40cfm for only 15db. LINK

yea some delta's in push / pull will push some nice air through that rad

Anything 1000rpm or lower mate, as I said earlier. The 1000rpm sharkoons would do nicely but tbh I don't think you are going to need push/pull on the SR-1.

I use 1000 rpm 140mm yate loons on my sr1-420, work a treat and are pretty cost effective.
