Looking for some 120mm orange sort of fans which light up. I looked into cool master but i heard its very loud. Looking for something under £10 which is quite , any suggestions?

Unless it's horribly designed fan noise is down to high rotational speed which can be lowered through a range of methods to make it quieter.

Xigmatek do orange LED fans but they're bloody loud I found.
