any fans that are good that are recommended for the Corsair Carbide 100r case

Well it depends what your putting in it !

That case has space for 2x 140 mm at the front , 1x 120 mm at the rear and 2x 120 mm at the top

Their are lots of good fans but without a spec its hard to recommend any of them yet

Good, cheap-ish fans are the ML series from Corsair. But really I would think more in terms of how you are going to control them because that may well change which you want to buy.
