Evening,

What are the best silent(ish) fans for a rad.
Somthing i can set at says 60% and be near silent but still work in a 18fpi rad.

The system is lower power but its cooling a cpu and gpu.

Noctua are still pretty good for noise vs performance. Corsair ML120s (plain, non-RGB version) are also good.
TBH, most of the high-end ones will be quite reasonable.... not EK Vardars, so much, though.

For the price they look banging. It says 25db i am assuming that at full power, so at 50% ish should be good.

Am not a fan of Noctua but never had corsair fans

2000 RPM / 65 CFM / 35.9 dB(A)
I'd guess they would be pretty quiet set between 1000 to 1500rpm

I use the older 1500rpm versions on my rad and I struggle to hear them even at full speed.

As already said, be quiet! Silent Wings 3 are the best of the best. But always get high speed models. Other model max speed is speed we normally use for components under load, sometimes we need an additional 200-300rpm, like in hot weather with dirty filters.

Phanteks PH-F120MP 2-pack for £14.99 and PH-F140MP 2-pack for £16.26 are very good deal

If you want to go cheap Arctic P series give decent performance and can be had for very low prices in 5-packs but OcUK doesn't have them and Phanteks are not much more money for better fan.
