Just wanted to say im very happy with the service from the team here, i had a minor fan issue with a system i bought a few months ago, ocuk sent me a new fan and a fan controller the very next day, im back up and running and very happy again. Great work thank you.

I also had some great service from you guys this week too

Bought an SSD monday, turned out to be a DOA, messaged OCUK and an rma was set up, posted it tuesday, and recieved a replacement today (no haribo though )

no hastle at all, both the shop staff and the post-purchase moderators were awesome (Thanks Bailey).

My only criticism is, you need a bigger showroom. Not enough shiny things to look at!
