That does sound very reasonable - mine also need doing as they have some bubbling on them and have been curbed quite a bit.

Out of interest - can bubbling cause serious problems if left untreated?

The good news is getting tyres back on SHOULD be far less risky than getting them off!

Not far from a friend either so I could stop over at his while they do the work!

I know where i'm sending my wheels. (They do diamond cut aswell!)
