I'd go with nowt to worry about yeah Mine does it from time to time, noticed it was a little more after getting rid of a cat and changing to the jetex.
If it was a stock KO4 that was replaced, get a restrictor bolt and up the engine oil to 5/40 on the next service.
Both of those are widely accepted as helping with the smokey situation and most owners have done it.
You get registered over on MPSOC yet?
Forgot to mention the other starting mod for most is a REM, pretty sure you can use the same one as the Focus ST
Been on mpsoc for a while now. Under phoenoxdancer.
Asked a lot of random questions and general stuff.
Great place to read up on all things MPs.
As soon as I got it home I changed the oil to 5-40 as the last person to service it ruined the sump plug washer... I also found the undertray was missing so dealer willing to let me have mine from the 2.2d to see if it fits.
Today I'm going to fit the whiteline arb to the rear with new drop links as they are clunking.
I found that it was a CS engine mount which I can only assume is corksport. Although the bush doesn't seem to match the colour that they currently sell. I do have a Sure street one I could fit though.
It's a little... Jittery over bumps on uneaven roads. I plan to sort other bits and bobs up front to tighten that all up. I'm quite sure that the MPS shares the same stuff as the 2.2d up front so have an idea what to do
