FAO Gibbo; CS refusing to honour warranty on monitor

Hi all, and hopefully Gibbo!

first, I would like to point out that I have already raised this via the CS forum, and was not satisfied with the response I received.

I purchased a DGM IPS-2701WPH from yourselves on the 4th Feb 2013.
the monitor developed a fault in august, which I raised with customer services (3rd August 2015).

the monitor was sold with a three year warranty, as stated in these two threads, both before and after my purchase:

however, Bailey has insisted on multiple occasions that the monitor was on ly ever sold with a 2 year warranty, which as I have shown was not the case. this is confirmed on the manufacturers website:

I would also like to point out that I requested twice to have the case escalated to yourself, the response to which was that I was perfectly capable of contacting you myself, which I did. when I then recieved no reply, I posted back in the CS thread to this effect, and Bailey informed me he would bring your attention to it.

so after all that, and now getting very close to the actual expiration of the warranty, I felt my only option was to bring this up on the public forum. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be forced to continue trying to resolve this via trading standards, much as I would prefer to avoid that :(

This shouldn't be posted her. This is what the CS forum is here for. If you weren't satisfied with the response that doesn't mean go and post it elsewhere on the forum. If you need further support follow it up in the CS forum or contact the shop please
