To get to the point I'v been eating just pasta for some time, no meat at all, and in just 10 days I'v lost enough weight to clearly see my freaking ribcage lol  I don't want to put on weight (well not much anyway) I just want something to, say, mix with my mornign glass of milk to give me what I would get from meat, something that doesn't require me to go to the gym right after I'v had it, if that makes sence.

Cheers!

I want to stop all the fried meat for a bit, I always (used to) eat takeaways, no salads or fruits, I just want to detox from all that. I'v started eating a few apples a day, eating salds, and I just want to cut on meat a bit. It's just that when I don't eat meat, I really do feel as if I don't get enough energy, the other day I was helping in moving some heavy stuff around (empty beer kegs) and while I could usualy cary 4 at the time I was struggling with just one!

Yeah I see what you guys mean, I just didn't expect the reaction to be so fast, I literaly feel like an old lady! I mean I used to be able to (easily) lift two big kegs, that must be around 15k each, now I find that impossible!

What sort of meat should I be eating then? Is tuna (from the can) with pasta ok? Or maybe, say, 4 times a week a grilled stake, all that with a couple of shakes of whey?

Because I can't keep going like this, I had a big mac meal today (for a change!) and I was full! I could eat two of meals, and a couple of apple pies before getting full!

And what sort of fruits will help? Bananas and apples are ok?

Thanks guys :)

ps. I also do 3 sets of 10 push ups/pull ups and abs every morning when I get up and right before I go to bed (although lately I have been slacking...) and that seems hard work now as well :/

So as long as I combine pasta or rice with meat or fish am gonna be fine, right? And, with better eating, what sort of suplement should I be getting? I am thinking of having my milk with whatever am gonna get, plus a baguette with salad and ham in it, and a banana or an apple for breakfast.
