To get to the point I'v been eating just pasta for some time, no meat at all, and in just 10 days I'v lost enough weight to clearly see my freaking ribcage lol I don't want to put on weight (well not much anyway) I just want something to, say, mix with my mornign glass of milk to give me what I would get from meat, something that doesn't require me to go to the gym right after I'v had it, if that makes sence.
