FAO Mods (and kaspersky users??)

Right I was just looking in the "Any millionaires on oc.uk" thread when I clicked page 2 my anti virus cam up with this...

Very odd

Any other kaspersky users here get the same message? Does it everytime I go back to that page and its the first time I have ever had something pop up by using the OCUK forums.

All I see is a screenshot of some crappy AV software thinking a JPEG image file is a virus of some sort. Ignore it!

kasperspy isn't exactly crap. I rate nod32 above it but in tests kasper comes out about equal to it.

Infact kaspersky was rated one of the best on these forums which is why I started using it, see it in a thread ages ago. TBH since ive been using it not a single problem! Rate it highly....

I agree with Rich. I always forget its there protecting my system and updating itself.

But yeh, with Kaspersky, I get the phishing filter on page two of the thread.

Probably just a hot linked image or something and Lycos is trying to send out the 'don't hot link' picture.

Probably what happened is some combination of lycos ip and the 404 redirect for the image, an image on lycos was flagged as a phishing attempt was subsequently removed and now directs to the same page as a non-existant sig?

my best guess.

It was probably trying to block a beastiality pop up. All the rage now.
