From what I have seen its not working properly.
Currently I have HDMI to TV optical out to DacMagicPlus - Audio Technica 2000x. Having set the chat and game sound to go to to the speakers. I then am currently plugging in an old xbox one headset into the controller for a mic and sort of putting the single earcup over my headphones haha.
Can someone with both a modmic and One S try pluggin the mic into the 3.5mm on the controller to see if the mic works in party chat?
For those that are not aware the One S allows you to plug headphones straight into the controller without the adaptor. I obviously want the game sound running through the DAC though and hopefully just use the 3.5mm on the pad for a mic.
