Hi, I was sent a replacement top panel/lid by yourselves for my Phanteks Luxe as it was damaged during transit but the replacement part I received was also damaged.

This one wasn't broken during delivery as there are no fragments or studs in the box. I was just sent a broken lid. Can someone from Phanteks please send me a new lid? :(

Forgive my pictures I only have an LGG2, but I think you can see from them that the studs used to hold the panel in place on the main body of the case are all broken, which is what had happened to my case when bought it.








 
@johnny_702 just out of interest, how long did it take for them to send you the replacement part? I have ordered and pay for 2 replacement panels for my Evolv 3 weeks ago and haven't received any updates from them since payment...

It took about 3 weeks mate. I have just sent them an e-mail there now so I'll keep you posted on their reply. I hope they don't expect me to pay for it. Did you just damage your case or was it sent faulty?
 
I damaged the panels myself so I didn't mind paying for it. The 3 weeks+ lead time is ridiculous though, really not impressed.
 
Phanteks got back to me, they are going to send a new panel out, and will double check that this one isn't already broken lol:p


Probably take a few weeks but I can live with that, seems to be the norm anyway.

Quick replies from them also. :)
