Hi, I was sent a replacement top panel/lid by yourselves for my Phanteks Luxe as it was damaged during transit but the replacement part I received was also damaged.
This one wasn't broken during delivery as there are no fragments or studs in the box. I was just sent a broken lid. Can someone from Phanteks please send me a new lid?
Forgive my pictures I only have an LGG2, but I think you can see from them that the studs used to hold the panel in place on the main body of the case are all broken, which is what had happened to my case when bought it.
