I'm looking for someone to adjust a photo into the style of Roy Lichtenstein.

Example:

I know it will depend on the source photo as to how much work it will be, but I don't want to post the image publicly. If you genuinely think you could help I will email the image to you. As this might require a bit or work, I’m prepared to tip.

I'm hoping to have the final image printed and framed as a present.

I think it's excellent how it is, but if you think you can improve it and don't mind spending the time, that would be awesome. No immediate hurry, end of next week would still leave me plenty of time.
