FAO someone with a HD web cam

Just so I can see if the quality is usable for a project I may be doing, could you take a picture with the camera (in the highest quality) of a person looking directly at the camera? And also maybe a short video of the same thing?

EDIT: Forgot to add, preferably at a distance of about 3-5m, but whatever you can will do.
