Ouch, I can only imagine the pain of selling such a wonderous chip, ah well one day I'll be able to afford such magnificent hardware.
 
I'm assuming this is on a 6 core rig then. Am I right in thinking your running 8 threads for Folding then 4 threads + GPUs on Boinc
 
Got ya, can't help on frame times though, can't last Intel rig I owned was in the Socket 478 days.

Ppd looks good to me as your running in windows rather than linux etc
 
Virgin media arent making this any easier for me, No internet connection this morning when I got up and still nothing by the looks of things as I can't remote into my server, HFM isn't updating etc.

Big rig will be out of work on the CPU by now a
nd the GTS450 can't be far behind if it isnt already and the dual core athlon in my server will be out of work by lunchtime.


On a plus side the bedroom may be a reasonable temperature when I get home.
 
Nothing showed on their website, didn't have time this morning as I noticed 5 mins before I was due to leave work and I'm here till 4pm. Her indoors said it was working when she left but I appear to have shutdown my server system in the night so I have no way of checking HFM as its the server rig that makes the upload and I've got remote access to.

I know what you mean T, I noticed your selling up the GTX470s and some other bits so I'm guessing your consolidating and gathering funds to bring the SR-2 to being completed.
