Far cry 2 jerking problems

Ive just got farcry 2 loaded it up and set settings on high. but there some stuttering going off. What could this be down too.

tryed the bench test but it says i need 1.32 patch. but i need to get 1.00 first but cant find it

comes up with THIS PATCH WAS DESIGNED FOR VERSION 1.00.00;1.01.00;1.02.00 ONLY. VERSION 1.03.00 WAS FOUND INSTEAD.
