Far cry 3,activation problems

Just bought an hd7850,and installed my far cry 3 game ok through uplay,come to play the game for the first time and it says invalid game code,(even though i needed the code to download the game in the first place)contacted ubisoft and they seem to be making life difficult for me,i need to send game bar codes,proof of purchase,etc,anybody else had problems

Which codes you entering, the one on the card or the one in the mail from ubisoft?

You should have an order confirmation email from Ubisoft.
This mail contains the proper key for the game. The key in the Amd mail is to allow you to download the game.

When you redeemed your Amd code in the Ubisoft shop did you go through the purchase process?
You have to do it as though you are buying the game from them but it wont charge you any money. This process gets you the order confirmation mail containing the actual game code.

yes i did that and the price goes from £34 to 0.00,dont know what happened,i just emailed ubisoft support again and included proof of purchase and the amd download code
