In the far cry 3 options there Is a Frame Buffer option with Off, 1,2,3,4,5. When I put it on it seemed to lower performance. What is the benefit of having it on?

Ah thanks for that info. I'm on a 7970 now and I put it on 3 frames just because it was the middle setting...
