I purchased far cry 3 the other day and I was messing around with the graphics settings I tried to play it on ultra with v sync on however I was only getting 40-60 FPS and I couldn't pay it at 40 not an enjoyment experience in my opinion however when it dipped into the 40 FPS region the GPU usage didn't increase to compensate however when I turned v sync off in ultra I was getting 60-90 FPS any ideas why v sync is so horrible
