Far Cry 4 Co-Op Crashes

Hi,

I have a problem when trying to play co op with a friend.. If he joins my game, his game will crash with the windows explorer message, and if I join his game, my game will crash.

This is really frustrating and I can't find any reason for this.. Both are via Uplay

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Driver conflicts
This is one of the mysteries of FC4, how some people with identical PC hardware can have totally different problems with the game inc stuttering & it has to be down to different drivers & not just graphix drivers either.
The game runs flawlessly for me on ultra settings but I've been called a liar on Ubisoft forums because their PC's won't run the game without stuttering so therefore I must be lying

Any chance of a work around? What should we do?

I haven't seen any replies with a fix other than perhaps to compare drivers & see if updating will work, do you both have similar hardware or one of you has AMD & the other Nvidia ?
