Hi. Have an question. Have Gtx 2080 Ti Windforce OC, all factory settings. Today after maybe my 15th time ( run ) during loading screen benchmark crashed to desktop without any warning. But i checked event logs and said:

Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully ...

It not exited during benchmark run but on loading screen. This makes me worry because it was display driver crash. Its my card unstable?

Also card passes all 3dmarks stress tests and other games no problems.

My previous card was Aorus 1080 ti and this never happened even on loading screen.

PC
8700K 4.7
16GB DDR4 GSKILL
Corsair 750rmi
Asus Z370 ProGaming

yes but it never happen during games etc . It happened once during Far Cry 5 loading screen benchmark. So rma still? 411.70 drivers

I test many hours AC ORIGINS,3dmarks,Far cry 5 gameplay and no issues. Happened once in loading screen title before benchmark.

I am worried because somebody said that my card is unstable :(.

Sounds to me like a random bug and not a faulty card. Honestly, unless the card keeps doing it, it isn't a fault and just a gremlin.

Agree with above. Also, why using older driver? 416 now.
I had a failure running the GTA 5 benchmark, didn't even bother checking the events as was a one-off

These drivers automatically installed in Windows 10 after plugging new card. :) I was hurry to test card and just try on it ;)

Anyway try to replicate this crash or ignore? Starting ,exiting ,starting ,exiting ,starting and maybe it will crash again on loading screen?

Somebody said on gf forum about unstable card, user "Sora",he is technically advanced about these things. But dont know for sure if this can be real problem :)

Run it again by all means but even if you get another failure I wouldn't worry about it at this stage. Definitely get the latest drivers first tho. Early driver bugs are not uncommon, although NV;s are usually pretty good.
Don't believe too much of what you read by people on forums :).
3 year warranty, no rush to panic and send it back. I'm sure your GPU is fine.
