Far Cry Crash

Hi all just been playing farcry and my game keeps crashing after the carrier level, the next level loads and then goes to a black screen and nothing, then if you open task manager it says not responding.

Im running it on a vostro 1700, core 2 duo 2ghz, 3gig ram, 8600m gt 256, patched to 1.4. any ideas?

What driver u running for your 8600m gt 256

Driver version is 7.15.11.143 downloaded from dell, the only place i could get the driver was from dell.

Ok just tryed a windows update and it picked up a newer driver which i installed and it seems to have fixed the problem, thanks for you time and help mate.
