I can sense some very awesome maps coming 
^^ You think that map editor is a good thing??
Yes, its looks super simple to make a map however, all that means is that instead of the usual mappers releasing quality maps you are going to get an absolute massive amount of people with zero skill flooding the market with what they think is good. Meaning you will have to sift through tons of crap to find the decent levels!
Not to mention the fact that yes, its great having loads of prefabs already in the editor but does it allow you to make your own?

I wouldn't worry. That's hopefully just the console editor. PCs should have the real thing that the developers use.
