Was in Argus today and in Pc game page seen farcry 2 :eek:

i was like omg is it out so checked the thing is it in stock and it said: the item is not available yet.

But if its in magazine so it suppose to be out shortly then :confused:

The game was to be Spring 2008, then they claimed it was put back and would be 2009.

No clue if thats really changed or not.

I think that's the 2009 financial year, (ie, this year).

The 08 Spring/Summer catalogue was printed before the release date changed from this year to nextr year, too late to change it for one game so it was left. Theyve done it with some PS3 games too lol

Last I remember it was early '09?

When the announced it last year, to be released this march, I became really sceptical as the footage said 'Early Alpha' on it.

well, dare i ask, who reckons the new series of cards will be able to handle it? is it basically the crysis engine (made teeny bit better) but called far cry?

Its not a cryengine game. Its using its own new one.

And its not made by crytek. It has nothing whatsoever to do with Crysis (or Far Cry really). But its looking quite nice.
