Please note, all pics were taken with my 3mp Canon S1 IS. I'm fed up with the camera now but can't yet afford a DSLR.

Went on Tuesday (without camera because I was there on business), but we're going back on Sunday. I don't have a telephoto which is long enough for the planes though, so Leon will have to take the pics on his A95.

Cool pics Charlie Bravo. The Typhoon and Mig were fantastic weren't they

Thanks LK :)

The Mig was something else.... did you see it hanging in the air going nowhere fast? The flat spin was excellent as well.

The Typhoon was good but I've seen that on previous displays at Farnborough.

The Trent 900 on your stand was good to see. I saw an 800 when I visited RR in Derby a few years back and I was equally impressed with that.

A couple of interesting static aircraft were the modified MD80 and the CRJ900. I also asked a Bombardier member if the new Bombardier C Series would be seeking LCY certification. The reply was "it's being developed".
Yeah, thats great love, but what about LCY

The B-1 Lancer is such a nice plane.

That A380 is HUGE.

Isn't the signature only meant to be 20kb Charlie Bravo

Sorry, I didn't realise the additional 14kb was slowing your connection down
I've adjusted it just for you as I wouldn't want you to lose any sleep. Now you can trundle off to inspect everyone elses sig size.

I've been a member of this forum for 5 years and not once have I checked anyones sig for size or dimensions. Do you have nothing better to do?

The Trent 900 is very impressive isn't it... especially when you know that there are 4 of them on the A380 and they look tiny! Really gives you a sense of pride when you see your company's engines flying about in the sky.

The mig was probably my favourite part of the display. It was fantastic. Just looked like it was falling out the sky when it was in a flat spin.

Apparently the Typhoon knocked all the electricity off in the chalets when it went over on Monday because of the noise/vibration. Fortunately, it didn't knock it off on Tuesday and I remained cool and calm next to the air con unit

Can't wait for Sunday!! :D

Have you been to any events after the show yet?
On previous years I went to a function at the Imperial War Museum and the following year to Harrods.

You'll have to try and get a jumpseat flight with someone LK.
Perks in aviation are great
