Fast migration or short contract free activation ISP?

Want to leave O2 Access, but left it a bit late to migrate. Got until the end of the 11th before next billing period starts.

Is there any ISP that offers accelerated migration? Providing I can get MAC today.

Alternatively, out of the one year contract ISPs that offer free activation, who is the least worst? I wasn't considering BT due to Phorm.

Found IDnet offer a 3 day migration to them. Not going to be beat that?

Migration time is constant regardless of ISP, so long as both the winning and losing ISPs are IPStream. LLU obviously takes longer.
