fast way to convert *.psd to *.jpg?

Need to upload some images quickly - but for the life of me can't fathom how to convert them into jpegs.

I have Abode ImageReady & Image Walker 2.20 - but damned if i see how to do it!

hmmm - i no see

File-> Save As-> then what?

only option I see is in its original form - the drop down menu from Save as type only lists 'Photoshop (*.psd)'

no web options as such

I think in Photoshop there are options are available or there is a straight foward easy to find conversion filter. But I dont have photoshop, alas

Ah ok Save Optimized As - getting there but only offering html in addition to png
