Fasterfox. There's a tiny tiny pause, put then the page loads all in one go, rather than building up. Works well with most things I've tried, only fault I've found was 12 seconds to load another large forum site.

try TweakNetwork & see if its better or not

Will uninstalling Fasterfox remove all of its tweaks?

im not sure but inside it theres an option to restore all the default settings. thats what i did and then uninstalled
