This might sound ever so slightly racist.. but why is it always some Asian bloke using Liquid Nitrogen? Do they live on that stuff? :p

It's probably because it's generally employees of the manufacturers that do these type of things, and nearly all computer stuff is manufactured in Taiwan.

Most of the big companies are based there like Asus, MSI, Foxconn. Gigabyte and so on.
 
...on what display? 3 monitors?
Could you even fit all that stuff in a PC case? Mine's a CM Storm Sniper Black Ed. with side fan.
