I'm embarking on my Ryzen overclocking learning journey.

Accoridng to Ryzen Master:

On CCD0
The fastest core on CCD0, CCX1, is C04,
The fastest core on CCX0 is C02 which it seems to prefer using, is this because it's more energy efficient to park a full CCX? i.e. CCX1 with the fastest core?
