Fastest CPU For 270 MB?

Hey guys, currently have a 7500 running on a z270 board. Can anyone tell me whats the fastest CPU i can put in there, not too worried about core count as it's only used to run Iracing and Assetto Corsa on the odd occassion.
Iracing only uses 2 cores, but obviously I have other stuff running as well, usually just small apps that do fuel count etc.

7700K is the best available on the Z270 motherboard, most can crack 4.8ghz+ on the overclock as well. Mind you with those games a 7600K would be fine as well and can overclock to similar levels.

I wouldn't recommend trying to run a 7700K at 4.8Ghz not unless you going with a delid or naked die cooling.
