Fastest GPU that uses just the PCI-E slot for power?

Not sure about the fastest, most low end cards come with a molex to pci-e power adapter, is that not an option? They don't draw much power.

Problem with using molex to PCI-E 6pin adapter is that for cards that consume even only around 100W-150W, it can be too much for the cheap/generic PSU and might make it go out with a bang (and might take other hardware along with it).
 
The issue is the case is really small, and uses a tiny 300w PSU (think its a pre-built dell?)
CPU wise and RAM its okay (first gen i7 and 8gb) but its running an intel in-built GPU =/
There's a PCI-E slot but i doubt the PSU would support anything that draws power from anything else other then the slot itself.
