Fastest Memory for SB

Hi,

What's the absolute best memory available for SB? Are you better with memory that can be set to a very low latency, or memory that has the highest clock speed?

can you get the latency any lower than 26? usually its (6 + 10 + 6) +/-2 so 20-24... Still pretty impressive though!!!
