Fastest Motherboard ?

What company makes the fastest motherboards.

I always go for Gigabyte myself but i wondered who makes the fastest mobo's when it comes to booting up.

I am looking for:

Nvidia 4 ultra or Sli
Two lan connections
3x pci slots
2x pci-e 1x
1/2x pci-e 16x
4x ram slots

I did have GigaByte K8N Ultra-9, Socket 939, SATA, Snd, Lan Motherboard
but it just went **** up & from looking around no where sells it anymore.

Assuming i get a refund from the place i bought it i am on the look out for another mobo.

Boot up speed is more dependant on other things like hard drive speed,fragmented files and BIOS settings.

For Example setting the first boot device in the BIOS as the hard drive with the OS.
There is also a number of things you can do to your windows install to make it boot quicker.
Raid controllers slow down boot up by waiting a few seconds for you to press a key to enter the RAID set up menu although, the Nvidia ones do have an adjustable delay to reduce it.

As you said fastest boot time, surely this is U320 SCSI 15K in Raid 0, straight after a clean install of XP64. As the boards mentioned earlier dont understand SCSI look at dual cpu, dual memory, 2 x 16speed (x32) PCI-e and on board SCSI. Answer=K8WE.
 
That's the Premium for you then. It's been nice and stable for me ;) I have read that DFI's are not for the faint hearted, prone to instability and I don't like the RMA arrangements.
 
DFI's aren't anywhere near as scary as they seem. It was only the early versions with the old bios that had problems. The current boards are fine.
