Fastest processor I could have

Hi there guys,

Just curious as to what is the fastest model of C2D chip i could put in with the below components all at stock?

Team Elite 1GB (2 x 512MB) DDR2 PC2-6400C5 800MHz
Asrock Conroe945G-DVI (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

Would it take a Q6600 if i upgrade the ram?

Thanks for the replies guys, i'll go on the hunt for an E6600, however i've noticed that some of you say that i dont need to upgrade my RAM which i am a little confused about since my ram is only rated up to 800Mhz but the E6600 states 1066Mhz could someone explain this to me?

I have got 2GB its just i had to copy the components out of my account on OcUK since they don't sell them anymore and didnt copy the quantity over, i've currently got an E2160 but am have problems overclocking it so i am after a new cpu.
