Fastest Pursuit Car ?

Whilst watching a replay of road wars the other day, we got into a discussion about what would be the fastest car to have as a police pursuit vehicle

its obviously got to available in large numbers, and cost effective. So that rules out a Ferrari 430 or whatever.

My bet would be an evo 9 FQ350.

Cant think of much that would be better at chasing chavs round council estates

any advances ?

got to be something that you could actually get all of the gear a copper needs in like radios tv screens etc..

not as fast as an evo / STI though :

RS6 however is a great suggestion. 0-60 is 4.5 seconds. Lot quicker than an STI.

And just looked up the cayenne S. 0-69 in 5 seconds in a 2 ton SUV. Yikes.

Dunno why i'm pimping this thing think it looks horrid but still its an amazing machine.

your not wrong there. amazing performance for something so big and heavy

dont think plod will go for it though at 82 grand. a scooby / evo at 25 seems a much better buy lol
