Fastest USB flash memory sticks?

Looking for a super fast USB flash thingy basically.

I've found this:

1Gb EasyDisk (Samsung) USB2 Slimdrive Fast 23Mbps Retail (Samsung memory inside)

Anything faster?

Wow thats fast, was looking at getting some cheap flash drives, some were only 6Mb/sec!

with these is there a way to encrypt/secure them

i.e when it's plugged in you need a password to access it?

I have the 2GB version of that and it's cack. Takes forever to write.

I have a Disgo memory stick (512Mb) and it came with the option to download some password protection 'software'. Might be worth checking their downloads section or something??
