Fastest way to send Money? PayPal

I want to know a fastest way in which i could send money from my paypal account on to a credit card.

Paypal takes a couple of days does it not? It's been years since I used it as PayPal and eBay are cowboys and criminals.

You can only send money to a bank account from a paypal account

I'm pretty certain you can send it to a credit card and other people too

Yep.
I know that when you card is combined with paypal account it takes money from it directly but does it work the other way round ?

You can't transfer funds to a credit card, only to a paypal topup card or bank account.

I meant bank account.
