Anyone using fasthosts to forward their email to goggle apps?

I foolishly bought a domain name for the sole purpose of testing google apps but fasthosts do not support cname options.

If it's not possible i'll try and cancel it and see if I can get my ,oney back using the distace selling laws.

Wow, that's incredibly backwards. I'd complain if they pretend offer "Full DNS control".

To get around it though you should be able to change your nameservers and host the DNS elsewhere.

No chance - a domain name is a personalised item.

It's not as if it's a pair of Y-fronts with my face printed on the front! :-)

Have set up the nameservers to point to zoneedit as you suggested and after some playing about, works just fine.

Email works but my domain name is now an 'Address not found' whereas before I go the standard fasthosts parked page.

Is it possible to use zoneedit to host email in one place and a website at another. I can't see an obvibous way.
