Fasthosts and Wordpress Problem

I've been trying to setup Wordpress on my fasthosts windows developer account and for some reason its not working.

I run through the wizard to configure the wp-config file, but once all the information is correct and I click install, the page just turns white. I'm sure the wp-config file is correct, because if the contents are wrong an error page gets displayed.

I've also tried setting up the wordpress site locally and use their instructions to migrate the site, but I just get a blank page again.

Anyone got any ideas ?

yeah as it turns out I've just managed to delete my whole website by playing around in fasthosts control panel.

I get this message "Services for this domain have been discontinued" .. some fundamental errors somewhere

Sorry guys, you can disregard this now.

It looks like after speaking to their tech support, they have moved my windows account to a linux one so wordpress will work. This has the added affect of making the site not work until the dns has updated properly
